1. Reporting Statistics
All information that Rake Shark uses to provide you with a rake rebate is supplied by the online poker site that you will sign up with. This information is supplied to Rake Shark by the online poker site and is not negotiable in any way. The information we are provided with is the information we will use to compute your rebate amount. If you feel that the amount reported to us is incorrect we will provide you with all data available from the online poker site that has been supplied to us. Any disputes about this information will be resolved between yourself and Rake Shark, any attempt at resolution between yourself and the online poker site directly will result in immediate termination of your rake rebate agreement with Rake Shark.
2. Termination and Non-payment
If at any time, for any reason Rake Sharks affiliate agreement with any of its online poker sites is terminated or changed in a way that results in non-payment from the online poker site, your rake rebate will not be paid until Rake Shark receives payment from the online poker site. If payment from the online poker site is permanently terminated, your rake rebate agreement with that site will be terminated as well. A suitable replacement will be sought, however there are no guarantees as to the potential of a future rake rebate agreement. We reserve the right to change or cancel your rake rebate agreement at any time.
3. Rake Rebate Payments
Although Rake Shark will forward payments of rake rebates before receiving pay from the online poker site, we reserve the right to pay when and only when we recieve payment from the online poker site. This payment date is usually on or around the tenth of each calender month. Automated payments made directly from the poker site you sign up with are at the sole discretion of that poker site. Rake Shark has none, and will claim no responsibility for payments made directly by the poker site you have signed up for.
4. New Account Creation
All players seeking an agreement for an online poker site with Rake Shark must be creating an account at that online poker site for the first time. Any attempt to create additional accounts or deceive Rake Shark or the online poker site will result in immediate termination of any agreement between yourself and Rake Shark.
5. Legal Age
All players seeking an agreement for a rake rebate must be at least 21 years of age.
